it could be scrapped or merged .. or made into special item.
No one realy knows.
and i am selling it cause i got it very cheap (even reprocessing would be lucrative ^^).

you can assume anything you want.
regardless if i bought it for 1 Isk does not change anything off its rareness or value .. its only a sign of realy big luck.
If you could buy a Morrocha for 1 isk it would not reduce its value cause of the amount you payed for it. ;)

Maybe unclear definition
When starting bid isnt even met then i would say the 3 weeks counter hasnt started.
But we will see.
Maybe the item has to ripe a little more
... seens like more then 3 years of not one single traceable trade seems to be not enough to show its rarity ^^
